WOLE TALABI is an engineer, writer, and editor from Nigeria. He is the author of the fantasy novel Shigidi And The Brass Head Of Obalufon (DAW books, August 2023).
His stories have appeared in Asimov’s, F&SF, Clarkesworld and several other places. His fiction has been a finalist for several prestigious awards including the Caine Prize, the Nebula, Hugo, Locus, and Nommo Awards, and more.
His stories have also been translated into seven languages and he has edited four anthologies.
His first collection of stories Incomplete Solutions (2019) is published by Luna Press. He is also the editor of Mothersound: The Sauútiverse Anthology (Android Press, November 2023).
He likes scuba diving, elegant equations, and oddly shaped things. He currently lives and works in Malaysia.
